On a weekday! Weekends in Moab, even during shoulder season can be very very busy. For the best experience and maximum chance for privacy, a weekday is the way to go.

During the Spring, Fall, or even Winter. Summers are hot hot hot and busy busy busy. Spring and Fall still have comfy temps and a few less crowds. Winter in Moab is magic and if you brave the cold, you could have iconic locations all to yourself.

Hike! There are hundreds of miles of hiking trails to explore.
