Hi Friends! I'm Aimée Flynn, friendly neighborhood Washington elopement photographer. I'm up in the PNW for about two months out of the year (yes, for work but also because I adore the mountains and the coast). It's seriously one of the best places to elope (and is as close to Middle Earth as you can get in the US). Washington boasts three national parks and endless hidden gems. There's so much beauty in Washington it can be hard to narrow things down. But I'm here for y our friends- I can help you through every decision of your Washington elopement. First: On a weekday! Weekends in Washington can be extremely busy. For a more private experience, weekdays are your friend

If you want clear skies and wild flowers? In the summer. If you want moody vibes? Spring or late fall. Washington is lovely any time of year, but my personal fave is late July and early August.

Hike or backpack! From easy to strenuous, there is a stunning hike for everyone.
Take a sea-plane. The ultimate elopement adventure.
Kayak or canoe! There is nothing lovelier than a time on a pristine alpine lake.
Visit a fire tower- they often have the best views for sunrise and sunset.
